A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The card will be pre-authorized for the total accommodation cost at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 16:00 onwards.
• Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM.
  • For late check-out requests, please contact the reception in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

3. Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.
• Foreign nationals must also present their passport and visa (if required).

4. Payment Policy

• All reservations are paid upon check-in.
• We accept payments via credit card and in the following currencies: TRY, EUR, GBP, and USD.
• Additional charges such as minibar, room service, and extra services will be added to your final bill at check-out.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.
• In the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

• Dalaman Airport Alibaba Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restaurants, and common areas.
• Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
