If you wish to be picked up from the airport after your flight, please send us your flight number and arrival time via WhatsApp or email. We will meet you at the airport’s passenger exit gate with a sign displaying “Alibaba Hotel.”

If you wish to go to the airport after staying at our hotel, please share your preferred departure time with the reception team. Our transfer vehicle will be waiting for you at the hotel parking lot at your chosen time.

If you are coming from other holiday destinations to the airport, you can call us 15 minutes before arrival or arrange a meeting time via WhatsApp or email. We will greet you at the number 1 meeting point desk in the parking lot with a sign that says “Alibaba Hotel.”
